Minimum credit score is 580. As your score gets better, your rates will improve.

What kind of properties do you finance?

Single-Family Homes, Townhomes, Condo's / Condotels, 2-4 Units, and Multifamily 5-8 units.

What documents do I need to provide to qualify?

We can do No-Doc, Doc-Lite, or 2 years personal and business tax returns. At the end of the day, you don't need docs to qualify. We can do stated income as well.

What is the minimum DSCR?

We can go as low as 0.8 on purchases and 1.0 on refinance.

Do you only do purchase? Or refi's as well?

We do both! We do purchases, refi, and cash-out refinances on primary homes as well.

What's the minimum loan amount you can work with?
